health care: RNs, LPNs, dieticians, certified nursing assistants, and other health services support personnel
facilities services: engineers, maintenance, security, mechanics, painters, telecommunications, groundskeepers, and housekeepers
dining services: chefs, cooks, catering, waitstaff, and nutritional services
