Cascade Manor Benefits Package

Insurance: Medical, dental, vision care, and life insurance coverage is available for employees and their dependents. Employees qualify for insurance benefits once they have completed their probationary period and are working a regular shift of at least 30 hours per week.

Colonial accident, disability, cancer, and intensive care plans are also available through payroll deduction.

Paid Vacation and Holidays: Employees who are working full-time or part-time and have completed 12 months of active employment will be eligible for annual vacation time with pay on the anniversary date of their latest date of hire at the following rates:

  • Two weeks (10 days) paid vacation for employees first through fifth anniversary dates of continuous service.
  • Three weeks (15 days) paid vacation for employees sixth through tenth anniversary dates of continuous service.
  • Four weeks (20 days) paid vacation for employees eleventh and greater anniversary dates of continuous service.

Vacation is calculated according to the employee's total paid hours in the preceding year.

Paid Holidays: Cascade Manor offers all employees who successfully complete their probationary period seven paid holidays per year. Part-time employees accrue holiday pay on a prorated basis.

Pension Plan: The Cascade Manor offers a voluntary retirement plan:

403(b) voluntary nonmatching plan is a retirement plan for all employees. It is designed to allow you to use pretax dollars to invest in your retirement. Employees are able to design their own investment strategy that fits their lifestyle and retirement needs.
