Insurance:
Medical, dental, vision care, and life insurance coverage is available for employees and their dependents. Employees qualify for insurance benefits once they have completed their probationary period and are working a regular shift of at least 32 hours per week.
Colonial Life accident, cancer, hospital and critical illness. Prudential offers disability. These plans are also available through payroll deduction.

Vacation is calculated according to the employee's total paid hours in the preceding year.
Part-time employees working 20+ hours per week vacation is calculated according to the employee's total hours worked in the preceding year.
Paid Holidays:
Trinity Terrace offers all employees who successfully complete their probationary period seven paid holidays per year.
Pension Plan:
Trinity Terrace offers two types of retirement plans: A money purchase defined contribution plan and a 403(b) non-matching plan.
- The money purchase defined contribution plan is a retirement plan for all eligible full-time and part-time employees funded by PRS based on years of service. A complete summary plan description which outlines the specific eligibility requirements, terms and conditions of the plan is available from the Human Resources Department.
- This 403(b) non-matching savings plan is designed to allow you to defer pre-tax dollars to provide funds for your retirement. Interested employees may contact Human Resources in order to schedule a time to visit with the company 403(b) representative(s).
Meals:
