In fulfilling its mission “to create and enhance lifestyle opportunities for seniors,” PRS lends its expertise
to outside organizations that share that vision. PRS has provided marketing and development services,
construction oversight, health care program development, and many other types of services to other
senior-living providers.
The Peninsula Regent
PRS is working with an already established CCRC called the Peninsula Regent. The Peninsula Regent, which is located in San Mateo, California, was originally established in 1988.
The Peninsula Regent offers something unique among CCRCs: its contract allows residents to own and sell their own homes, thus preserving their equity.
PRS is working the Peninsula regent on creating new marketing materials, ad campaigns, and more.
