In fulfilling its mission “to create and enhance lifestyle opportunities for seniors,” PRS lends its expertise
to outside organizations that share that vision. PRS has provided marketing and development services,
construction oversight, health care program development, and many other types of services to other
senior-living providers. Currently, PRS is working with the following organization.
The Masonic Homes of California
In 2006, the Masonic Homes of California (MHC) contracted with PRS to create and implement an
extensive long-range strategic marketing and sales plan that would pre-sell a new MHC-owned Acacia
Creek non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Union City, California.
PRS created a multi-faceted marketing plan and guided MHC through the “excitement period,” in
which Acacia Creek began accepting priority reservation fees. PRS is now working with MHC during
the conversion process to 10% reservation deposits.
