Brian McLemore
President/CEO
Mr. McLemore, an Oregon native, began his career with Pacific Retirement Services in 1986, when he was hired as the Director of Rogue Valley Manor Community Services and Community Housing. Since then Mr. McLemore has served in many capacities within the corporation. Prior to being appointed President of PRS in April 2010, he served as the Executive Vice President of Development and marketing. He has overseen the development of more than 1,500 senior housing units, and he has managed over $1 billion in development of senior housing facilities. Mr. McLemore is licensed by the State of Oregon as a Nursing Home Administrator, he is a member of the LeadingAge, and he has served as the Vice President of the Oregon Alliance of Senior and Health Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University, and he is Past President of the Southern Oregon University Alumni Association.
